All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the delivery timeframes outlined below.

We currently ship to Germany only.

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping rate of €4.99 applies to all orders shipped to Germany.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs & Duties

All shipments within the European Union are not subject to customs fees or import duties. There are no additional charges for customers in Germany.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
